The VeriSeal offer is aimed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. No contracts are concluded with consumers via this website.

Consumer dispute resolution

Hawk-TEC GmbH is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The former European platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

A general labeling does not replace the proof of origin of individual files. The origin and, if applicable, machine-readable labeling of older media is still being checked.
