2. Provision of the website
When this website is called up, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, resource called up, transmitted data volume and browser information. The processing serves the secure and error-free provision in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR. Server logs are stored only as long as necessary for operation and security. The transmission between browser and website is encrypted via HTTPS.
3. Range measurement with Umami
We use a self-operated Umami instance for data-efficient range and performance measurement. Umami does not set advertising or tracking cookies in our configuration and does not create cross-device user profiles. The browser setting “Do Not Track” is respected; Search parameters and URL fragments are not recorded. Aggregated page views, reference sources, device types, approximate country allocation, technical browser data and web performance values are processed. The operating data remains on our own server infrastructure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure, user-friendly and technically reliable improvement of our information offer in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Contact details
If you contact us by e-mail, we will process your information to process the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries and otherwise art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose ceases and no statutory storage obligations are contrary.
5. Your rights
In particular, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
6. Objection to range measurement
You can object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. Then ask them about it. info@hawk-tec.de. An activated “Do Not Track” setting of your browser is technically considered.
