Digital product handover

Not just delivered. Verifiably handed over.

VeriSeal combines testing of the genuine product with clear, two-way proof of receipt, condition and transfer of responsibility.

Simply explained

A scan starts a controlled handover process.

The recipient scans the security label. VeriSeal checks product identity, cryptography, tamper and server status. The scope of delivery and condition are then documented and confirmed by the authorized parties. This creates a traceable proof of handover instead of a mere parcel status report.

01

Verify product

NFC, QR/DataMatrix, UHF or barcode connect the physical object with its protected product identity.

02

Record condition

Photos, OCR, tamper status, temperature, humidity and shock values can be recorded as proof of handover.

03

Determine scope

Receipt, scope of delivery, storage, ownership, commissioning and start of warranty are treated separately.

04

Confirm on both sides

Sender and recipient confirm on separate devices - depending on the protection requirements with MFA, passkey or qualified signature.

05

Inform systems

ERP, warehouse, EPCIS, service and shipping service providers only receive the events that have been released.

06

Secure evidence

Audit chain and optional blockchain hash make subsequent deviations verifiable without publicly storing product data.

Carrier Scanner Bridge

Verification in the delivery scanner.

A provider-neutral adapter connects VeriSeal with DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, Hermes, DB Schenker and generic scanner fleets. Tracking, signed webhooks, proof of delivery and a deep link to VeriSeal testing are supported.

Shipping order→Scanner reads NFC / GS1 / UHF→VeriSeal checks→Handover & ERP event

The specific integration depends on the contract, API release and scanner SDK of the respective service provider. Access data remains in KMS/HSM; Devices are secured via OAuth2/mTLS and attestation.
