Open to your existing system landscape.
Typical ERP systems include SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo and Aptean oxaion. Other solutions can also be considered. The decisive factors are available interfaces, version, authorizations and the required business processes.
Depending on the system, the connection takes place via an API, an integration service or an agreed data exchange. Multi-vendor does not mean that every installation is immediately connected without adjustment. The specific connection is set up, checked with approved test data and only used productively after acceptance. The examples mentioned are not a promise of a certified partnership.
Assign once
Item numbers, units and status values are clearly translated. For each data field it is clear which system provides the relevant status.
Release consciously
Recognized text and suggested values are initially drafts. Only checked results are released for transmission for the agreed business transaction.
Keep errors visible
Feedback, failed transfers and repetitions remain traceable. Unique transaction numbers help prevent double processing.
MES and OEE complement the production view.
While the ERP plans the order, the MES describes its execution. Planned times, running times, quantities and good parts form the basis for availability, performance, quality and OEE. Data sources and time periods are coordinated; Missing measurements should not appear to be good performance. A data connection does not replace a safety-related machine control.

A delivery note is photographed and assigned to its goods receipt. Text recognition provides a suggestion for editing. A responsible person compares the information with the source, adds missing values and clarifies any discrepancies. Only the released data record is transmitted to the business system via the interface that has been set up.

Development status: Local OCR inspection view and controlled transaction completions are available as building blocks. The end-to-end source file, field review and confirmed ERP processing are merged; This entire process has not yet been shown to have been productively accepted.

A machine receives a digital nameplate; a person has a private employee ID card. An authorized checking body should only see the information released for the specific purpose, such as the validity of an ID card or required proof of qualifications. Personal information is not made available via a public product page.
Issuance, end of validity and revocation are part of the same process. A lost ID must be able to be blocked. A display in the system does not replace an official ID or the separate approval of an access or machine system.

The complete target process begins with the order and its work sequence. Machines, capacities and responsibilities are planned; Production reports start times, interruptions and quantities. Quality checks accompany the work processes. Released results flow into key figures and the agreed ERP feedback.
OEE explains losses through availability, performance and quality. Capacity planning also answers when which resource is occupied. Both views require coordinated shifts, time periods and reliable input data; A traffic light color alone is not proof of production.
Development status: Single-operation orders, quality completion and OEE evaluation form the existing basis. Multi-operation control, capacity planning and consistent device/ERP acceptance are not yet a fully delivered MES suite.
Honest compatibility
What's possible today - and where approval is necessary.
A scan with any device is not automatically an integration into a shipping service provider's process. That's why VeriSeal shows each level of integration transparently.
Can be used immediately
Web verification via NFC, QR or DataMatrix on an approved smartphone or browser device.
Can be integrated via standards
ERP, tracking, shipping and event data via REST, Webhooks, GS1 Digital Link or EPCIS.
With device approval
Native VeriSeal capabilities on company-owned handhelds via Android app, scanner interface or MDM distribution.
With partner agreement
Direct use on isolated carrier devices from DHL, Hermes and others requires their technical and organizational approval.

Tracking and delivery events can be correlated via available partner APIs. Own test logic on carrier handhelds can only be used after device, MDM and process release.
GS1 Digital Link and EPCIS
Standardized identifiers and events facilitate exchange across company boundaries without replacing VeriSeal cryptographic testing.
Answer to the device question
Can existing DHL or Hermes devices use VeriSeal?
Basically technically possible for QR/DataMatrix, if the device is permitted to open web links or pass an approved code into the workflow.
Not generally confirmed for NFC, UHF or the native VeriSeal app. To do this, the device type, operating system, wireless hardware, MDM policy and carrier process must be checked and approved together.
VeriSeal is prepared for: Web testing, Android app, REST/Webhooks, EPCIS and a scanner adapter form the technical integration paths.
