Die Produktakte kann eine GTIN oder UDI-DI mit Artikelnummer, Seriennummer, Charge und Verfallsdatum verbinden. Dazu kommen freigegebene Produktbilder, Gebrauchs- und Sicherheitsunterlagen sowie relevante Hardware- und Softwarestände. Der dokumentierte Label-, Freigabe- oder Rückrufstatus hilft bei der Einordnung. Entscheidend ist, dass Quelle und Gültigkeit dieser Angaben gepflegt werden.

Stammdaten können aus dem ERP kommen, während Herstellung und Verpackung über abgestimmte Produktionsschnittstellen angebunden werden. Qualitäts- und Dokumentensysteme liefern freigegebene Unterlagen. GS1-Kennungen und EPCIS-Ereignisse schaffen gemeinsame Bezüge; Scanner oder Kameras erfassen die jeweiligen Objekte. Jede Verbindung benötigt ein passendes Datenmodell und Tests im vorgesehenen Einsatz.

Der Pilot beginnt mit einer repräsentativen Packung und einem klaren Prüfziel. Ein geeignetes Musterlabel wird eingerichtet und dem Produkt zugeordnet. Anschließend werden Lesbarkeit, Produktansicht und die vorgesehenen Ausnahmefälle getestet. Erst danach wird der vereinbarte Datenaustausch mit vorhandenen Systemen geprüft und die Grundlage für eine fachliche Freigabe dokumentiert.

No. VeriSeal complements existing serialization and UDI processes with authenticity, manipulation and product information functions.
Does each customer have to validate the software themselves?+
The specific validation depends on the customer’s use, risk class and quality management. Hawk-TEC provides technical documentation, tests and traceable changes.
Does the test work without an app?+
